The FLYBIRD Squat Stand is built with commercial-grade, high-quality steel, ensuring a comfortable and stable workout experience. It features 22 height positions, allowing for adaptability to different workouts. The unique width adjustment design can perfectly fit most 6FT and 7FT barbell bars, and its semi-frame construction provides a compact footprint of just 1 square meter, making it an excellent choice for building a home gym in a room, garage, or basement.

The Pull-Up Bar on the FLYBIRD Squat Stand is covered with soft foam, providing a comfortable grip for a wide or narrow grip, helping you build a full range of back muscles and upper body strength. The rack's height of 83'' gives ample space for pull-ups under an 8FT ceiling.

The spotter arms on the FLYBIRD Squat Stand are 16.7'' long, built with 1.2x1.2 solid steel, and feature protective plastic liners at the contact surface. The stable triangle structure below makes the spotter arms durable and safe enough during use, allowing them to catch the barbell stability when you finish doing squats, bench presses, or deadlifts.
