The Purpose - Lat Pulldown Version 2 features one vertical pole with an updated sliding mechanism that attaches to the rear of the Pro Series Power Cage. This will add explosiveness to your exercise routine with a focus on the fitness of your back. NOTE: The leg hold down bar only fits the Pro Series Power Cage that have T-shape brackets. The leg hold down bar is too short to fit on upright poles with U-shape brackets.

Usage - The Lat Pulldown Version 2 is designed for use only on the Pro Series Power Cage. It is suitable for strength & conditioning, weightlifting, and strength training. It can be utilized for total body strength with sport-specific training, including bodybuilding and martial arts.

Materials - The Lat Pulldown Version 2 features an all-steel frame with rubber-coated steel cables.

What's Inside - The package includes (1) Lat Pulldown with (1) Lat Handlebar, (1) Low Row Bar, and (2) Weight Plate Loading Sleeves, along with the necessary hardware. No instructions are included in the package.
